The IT Manager is responsible for the supervision, implementation and maintenance of the company’s computer systems to fulfill the organization's information systems requirements and ensure the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware, and software used within the company; this applies in normal working mode as well as in BCP mode whenever triggered, ensuring smooth running of telework process.The IT Manager is part of the Information Governance Committee which responsibilities are but not limited to developing the organization’s information security policies, and provide guidance on actions that should be taken in case of breach of any information security control.
