Prestigious Care is an exclusive outbound support service designed for VIP, Class A, and Class B insured members. Once a member visits a healthcare provider within the network and presents their National ID or Iqama, a GlobeMed Saudi Prestigious Care Agent will proactively contact them to provide personalized assistance throughout their visit.
